A Canadian Whisky with a Quebec flavor

A tasty combination of Canadian Whisky aged in oak barrel and Quebec maple syrup.

Made from Canadian whisky composed of 98% corn & 2% rye aged in oak barrels. Once aged, the whisky is then carefully added to maple syrup from Quebec, recognized worldwide for its quality and exceptional taste. The blend of whisky and maple syrup rests together for a few weeks before the magic happens and we get a perfect match. The blend is then put to 30% alcohol to arrive at a perfectly balanced final product that you can enjoy.

Tasting Notes

The color is a beautiful amber. The nose is dominated by the delicacy of maple syrup but fragrant with whisky and notes of wood due to aging in oak barrels. On the palate, the whisky is present and perfectly matched to the sweetness of maple syrup. Woody notes are present and delicate.
